CHASQI is registered in The Netherlands, The Hague, under the Chamber of Commerce number 27336479. It is recommended that you carefully read these terms of use before using our website. By using CHASQI you automatically accept the following terms of use. CHASQI has the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to modify, without having to inform the user about it.

1.Service of CHASQI

1.1 CHASQI does not regulate the communication between users. CHASQI is not liable for the accuracy of information, security, integrity of users, and communication between users. CHASQI is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of the use of this website/CHASQI.

2.Account and Profile

2.1 An account on CHASQI is only allowed in the name of companies and organizations.

2.2 The managers of the profiles of the companies and organizations are responsible for all information, documentation and communication on CHASQI, on behalf of the companies and organizations.

2.2 The manager of the profile, hereinafter referred as ‘you’, is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password for your account.

2.3 You are responsible for everything that happens with your account, even if others, with or without your permission attain access to your profile.

2.4 It is expected that all information that is entered into your account and your profile is done so truthfully and with accuracy.

2.5 If you are aware of any unauthorized use of your profile, you must CHASQI thereof to.

2.5 CHASQI and is not responsible or liable for the information and upload documents that you add to your profile.

2.6 CHASQI reserves the right to delete accounts and profiles immediately in case of violations of the provisions set out in these terms of use.

3.Use of the website

3.1 You are authorized on behalf of your company or organization to use and maintain your profile page at CHASQI in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3.2 Notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms of Use, you may not carry out activities on CHASQI which:

  • (i) are based on untruths and/or are misleading;
  • (ii) infringes the rights of CHASQI or third parties including copyright, neighboring rights, trademark rights or any other intellectual property rights or rights relating to the protection of privacy;
  • (iii) conflict with any law, regulation, ordinance or other applicable regulations;
  • (iv)contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bots or other software;
  • (iv) is otherwise unlawful in any way with respect to CHASQI and/or third parties.

3.3 It is prohibited to send private messages to other profiles for marketing purposes. Spam or any other form of marketing messages is not allowed. For marketing on CHASQI you are required to contact CHASQI.

3.4 The content of placed orders should not be marketing oriented. The project function should only be used for demand and supply purposes.

3.5 CHASQI shall investigate notices of infringement of third party rights by users of CHASQI and if possible take measures against it. If you believe that a user on CHASQI infringed your rights, we ask you to inform us of this fact and to send us an e-mail via the contact form.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 You acknowledge and agree that the website files, programs and other content owned by CHASQI are protected by applicable intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, database rights, neighboring rights and trademarks.

4.2 Use of CHASQI is limited to that described in these Terms of Use.

4.3 You hereby agree not to carry out acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of CHASQI or third parties. You acknowledge and agree that any unauthorized use of files, data and materials intellectual property rights, violates these terms of use and applicable law, including but not limited to the Copyright Act.

4.4 You are fully, independently and solely responsible for any use you make of the Web site, including - but not limited to making/distributing/sharing files, data and/ or other materials.

4.5 You stand warrant regarding CHASQI that you are completely responsible and owner or licensee regarding the files, data and/or materials you upload on CHASQI. You indemnify CHASQI and all its affiliated companies and individuals from all claims of third parties based on the allegation that the files, data and/or materials infringe any valid intellectual property rights of third parties or otherwise unlawful towards third parties and all claims arising from your actions in violation of these Terms of Use. All costs and damages in any way to CHASQI related to such claims will be paid by you.

5. Prohibited Content

5.1 This article is a non-exhaustive list of content that you at least should not make available through CHASQI:

  • (i) Content that in the opinion of CHASQI is contrary to good morals or good taste, violent or pornographic material;
  • (ii) Content that request personal data of people below 18 years old and/or personal information of others which are made available;
  • (iii) Content that enhances or stimulates illegal activities;
  • (iv) Content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or that violates any other rights of third parties or that of CHASQI;
  • (v) Content which are chain letters, junk mail or spam and/or, where passwords or other personally identifiable information is requested for commercial or unlawful purposes;
  • (vi) Content which, without the prior written permission of CHASQI, have commercial activities involved, such as advertisements, lottery, contests, or pyramid schemes;
  • (vii) Content which is a photo or image of another person without their consent;
  • (viii) Content that violates any law, regulation, other applicable regulations or these Terms of Use.
6. Privacy

6.1 By using the CHASQI website you are bound by our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

7.1 CHASQI accepts no liability for damages resulting from an failure to provide services, including but not limited to damages arising out of, or related to the use of the Website or the inability to use related services of CHASQI, to the extent that is permitted under mandatory law.

7.2 CHASQI is never responsible for consequential damages, including without limitation pure economic loss, loss of turnover and profit, loss of data and material losses in connection with or arising from the services provided by CHASQI and/or by use of the website.

8. Other provisions

8.1 Changes to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately, also with respect to existing agreements.

8.2 These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law.
